Rooted in Shared Success

Rooted in Shared Success (RISS) is World's Finest® Chocolate's approach to Responsible Business Practices. Rooted In Shared Success is a unique Corporate Responsibility Program that is enriched not only with our sustainability efforts and fair business practices, but it also includes our continued commitment to the highest standards of social responsibility as well. RISS exemplifies the importance of branching out to partner with others and represents World's Finest® Chocolate's connection and common bond between workplace and community.

WFC believes in the tradition of giving, sharing, and making a difference. We are pleased to create the highest quality products from the finest ingredients, exercising the skill and talent of the best employees. We know the importance of our presence as a Chicago based company and intend to stay in the heart of the city – it is with pride that we are a part of Chicago's inner city community. Good business practices are at the forefront of our vision, however our reach extends far beyond that. We are proud to provide quality jobs since our founding nearly 75 years ago. We are passionate about our products and are thrilled to truly make a difference for children, families and communities worldwide. Our fundraising programs are delivering Real Results. Our programs have helped groups of all sizes raise over $ billion in much needed funds to support their visions and goals. We are happy to have a strong heritage of helping youth reach their fundraising aspirations year after year.
